Likes:

--Nice apartments
--Love the ceiling fan
--Love the laundry room in my unit, complete w/ W/D, shelf for supporting elements, and a little extra room to cache laundry and cleaning extras
--Decent closets

Dislikes:
--Not enough parking close to units (I usually park about 1/16 to 1/8 mile away, but sometimes have to park 1/4 mile away; this sucks for groceries and inclement weather), too much space is eaten up by garages and empty handicapped spaces
--although in-apartment problems are handled promptly, some people in the management office are extremely defensive and condescending in any conversations
--extra $25/month for garbage/sewer/water
--my apartment is always warm since I am next to the boiler; that's OK in winter, but it sucks in the summer because it means full-time A/C; and it wreaks havok with my fridge which is constantly running.
--typically poor exercise room with cheap-ass treadmills and bikes, along with a rickety Universal machine and a few dumbbells
