Nice sized apartment. Picking a unit without fireplace frees up a lot of space. Maintenance is great. Many things fixed the same day. Parking doesn't seem to be a problem for me. I can park within 8-10 spaces of my front door any time. I live in a 2br 1 ba and the master bed is a good size. The bathroom has 2 doors which makes privacy a little quirky. Cable internet available here and is a plus. W/D in unit makes others gasp. Roommate and I each pay $615/mo. One downside is the goose droppings. Attempted break in to my car and about 10 others a year age, since then, no problems with safety. My girlfriend has redubbed Buffalo Grove "Goose Grove". Definite recommend!
