Its not a resort, but its a great community. The grounds are well kept, and the maintenance staff is very friendly. The washer/dryers are full-size and actually work! I'm used to other properties that have those stackables that take 3 hours to dry a load of socks. Rates go pretty low in the winters, but are still reasonable all year round. Definitely better than the competition. They just dropped their rates again, which helps when renewing your lease.
