I got new engihbors upstairs from me, and I can hear em walking around, in fact the floors shake when they walk. Its one of the loudest places I have lived.... other than that its not bad, I suggest you go for the top floor.
Little cheap on the construction side, but not bad. I would check out a place called the Landings in Lake Zurich, much better built, and not that much more expensive. Should have lived there.
