Overall our experience living here has been a positive one. The apartments are large and have an in-unit washer and dryer which is great. There's ample cabinet and closet space, and each unit has either a balcony or patio. The maintenance staff is very efficient. Our one request for service (to fix a broken kitchen drawer) was answered the next day. The office staff is also extremely professional and very helpful. The downside is the property itself. It is located at the end of a corporate park with lots of retention ponds, so there are lots of geese that wander all over. Needless to say, the lawns and bike path are completely covered with crap. It's difficult for kids to play outside because they're always stepping in it. Another downside is the parking situation. There are garages for rent for about $100 per month, but they are shared, two-car garages. (And good luck finding one available.) The garages take up valuable parking space. Coming home on a weeknight past seven almost guarantees you will be parking about 1/2 mile from your door. The same goes on a Friday or Saturday. The neighbors in our building have been quiet and friendly. Noise does not seem to be a huge problem. The location, even though it's in a corporate park, is convenient to a lot. They just opened up a Putting Edge mini-golf in the plaza near Wildfire, and Regal Cinemas is there also. Overall we are pleased with our decision to live here, but it's still pretty pricey ($1425 ).
