They charged me for utility bills which were closed after my lease and took them from my security deposit.

No lie. We were supposed to get our entire deposit back but they kept it because they said we didn't clean enough. Ummm...we spent about two hours after the movers left wiping everything down and vacuuming. Plus, when we moved in, we were charged a non-refundable "cleaning fee". WTF is a cleaning fee for if they're going to keep the deposit on top of it? This place screws you. I'm glad we left when we did!

Remember there are two sides to a story. I would take some of these negative comments with a grain of salt.

No, this is a common occurrence with the wheatlands. They ignore any cleaning fees, pet deposits, and security deposits and try to charge you for anything they can upon move-out. Carly99 is probably just one of the front-office bimbos
