We just moved out of the community and were actually sad to do so. My husband was transferred for his job and we had not choice. Otherwise we would have signed our 4th lease renewal w/them. I was VERY surprised to see the other post concerning return of the security deposit. We had no problems getting ours back and knew that we would be responsible for the utilities thru our lease term. Clause #11 SPECIFICALLY states that we are responsible for our utilities until the lease is over. I guess some people just need to take more time to READ their lease and KNOW what they will be responsible for. Due to my husbands job, we've lived in many, many apt. communities and this was by far...........the best one. The staff, the service, the apts, the policies- they are all fair! Its a shame to see some people post things negative things on here and use foul language. Clearly these people didnt take time to know what they were getting themselves involved in. I just hope my review helps others choose this place and have as great an experience as we did.
