During my time at the Wheatlands I was subjected to abusive neighbors, unfriendly office staff and excessive noise. In addition our apartment was very dirty when we moved in and had a very unpleasant odor that lasted for months. Although the office staff is very nice when you are shopping around, the moment you sign the lease they treat you like they are doing you a favor for allowing you to live there. The apartments are poorly constructed and insulated. I would never recommend living in the Wheatlands to anyone.
