My husband and I recently moved into our apartment and love it here! We looked around at many different communities finally decided on The Wheatlands. Although they are a few dollars more per month, the extra money is DEFINITELY worth it! They just remodeled the entire interior of our building as well as their clubhouse! Our full-size washer & dryer is great, we never hear (or see) our neighbors, the fitness center is open 24 hours and the pool is never crowded. Their customer service is also incredible and despite all the calls we made to their office prior to move-in, they were able to answer all our questions and the maintenance guys even installed a new tile floor in our kitchen for us. We have lived in many apts. and this is worth each penny we've paid in rent so far! We have already referred two of our friends here and when they move in the office will give us a $300 rent credit per referral. We couoldnt ask for more!
