The apartments are relatively clean and in good repair. I had four maintenance issues in one year, but all were resolved within a day or two. I heard some noise from neighbors, but nothing excessive. However, the windows are all very drafty and there is quite a bit of road noise.

Parking wasn't a problem for me, but the parking lot was always close to full at night.

I found the Wheatlands to be expensive. I was paying more in rent than I currently pay for my mortgage. Also, they refuse to give discounts of any kind (i.e. one month free or a discount for renewing early). No utilities are included in the rent. You pay your own water, trash, and sewer. Also, don't expect to get your security deposit back.

The office staff are quick to smile and say hello, but their customer service skills are nonexistent when you have a real issue.
