I've now lived at the Wheatlands for almost a year, and I am about to renew my lease. Of all the other apartments in the area, I really do believe The Wheatlands is the best! I've really loved my apartment, and I feel that I get my money's worth. The staff has always been very kind to me, and very very reasonable about any request I've ever had. The apartments themselves may not be brand new, but if anything does go wrong, their maintenance staff is top-notch and incredibly responsive. They go the extra mile to upkeep the buildings and the grounds they're on, and I really feel like my apartment and my building looks great.

While another person mentioned that they had to park far away, I've generally had great luck finding a space near my apartment, and I've never had to walk much at all. With all the parking spaces, I'd be amazed if anyone really has a major problem finding parking.

One thing that I've noticed that really sets The Wheatlands apart is the noise level of my place. It is incredibly silent! I've walked through the hall and heard my next door neighbor blasting music and having a party, but when I got into my apartment and shut the door, it was almost as if nothing was going on and the rest of the building was asleep. It really helps to have that extra level of quietness.

Also, I think it's great that they allow you to have cats. I'm a huge cat person, and while I don't have cats now, it's great to know that the option is there.

Basically, if you're looking for a nice place to stay in the area that has a great location and isn't going to set you back a ridiculous sum of money, The Wheatlands is a wonderful place to call home. Apartment searching can really be a pain, but I can assure everyone that I'm pretty picky and I've been very happy with my stay here. I highly recommend it!
