I've been here for less than a year, and it's been an okay experience. They should hire more people to staff the management office, because they seem to always be inundated with phone calls and people stopping by.

I've only had one maintenance issue and it was fixed the same day.

Noise isn't really a problem, I have fairly quiet neighbors.

The carpet in the entryway smells like crap though, it's probably rotten from being soaked with water from recent rainfall.

The unit was kinda dirty when I moved in, but not too unpleasant.
