We have lived at AMLI for a year and a half. We do really like it here. it feels homey and safe. We do have high electric and gas bills. Plus we pay water, trash and now some new dept repayment fee for beautification of the property. it is very expensive and i do not like the yearly rent increase. However, last year they worked with us some. We'll see what happens this year. I have done some research and this seems to be the trend in the area for this type of apartment- central heat and air and washer/dryer in unit. anyway, overall we have enjoyed living here. if we move, it will be over the yearly increase of 10%- who can keep up with that! it is an expensive area to live in.
