I live in one of the supposed townhomes and between the fixtures and maintenance, wow, it's amazing I'm still here. Now on the plus side the Schools in this area are some of the best around. Yet this complex brings down everything. The maintenance people take upwards of 3 trips on different occassions to fix an issue. There is no outside light posts which make the parking lot extremely dark. The office told me if they were to install some whomever building that it's in front of would be paying the light bill. Now aint that a mess. They are introducing parking permits yet when I went to get my paperwork in they told me because my husband with whom I am separated from, who is not on the lease but is on my car registration is the reason why I can't get my sticker. What does that have to do with the price of tea in china. My name is on my car reg that should be enough. They have security roaming through the complex area and sent out letters to say how kids shouldn't be loitering and standing around. Yet you plainly see security hanging out with the teenagers loitering and standing around. Wow I really feel secure now. As the above or below poster stated if you bring too many issue to Julie in the office it seems she feels long as you have a place to live thats good enough. I expect bull like this from living in the city. I guess I could have stayed there but the schools here are so great with the kids and the seems to love learning so. Luckily my lease is up in april so I'd just do a month to month til school is out for my kids.
