My family and I moved there 10/05, thinking this was nice because the townhouses were very spacious..but my goodness, the crap you have to put up with. Between the loud ass kids playing in the parking lots and when you 're trying to drive they don't even move out of the street. Little kids out all times of the night, cursing and screaming. The office who doesn't give a damn about your complaints, but you better believe come the end of the month, they're slipping notices under your door about rent being due..what about the 5 times I called for someting to be fixed' Once when I was in the office, a little boy came in to say he was locked out(he had left his keys at school), now it was about 95 degrees outside, he asked the lady in the office if he could have a cup of water and wait for his mother, she'd be home in the next 30 min. They told him no, they couldn't give him any water and they can't have kids "loitering" at the office...TERRIBLE!The security they hired to "protect" the tenants are a damn joke(top flight!) I saw a couple of them smoking weed in the hallway with the teenagers, some protection. The only positive I can say is the schools are great, but as for the complex..keep looking. Plus if you make a certain amount of money, you'll be over their supposed income level, when I graduated school and became an RN, my family and I were forced to move. Can you believe they have the nerve to force somebody to move from there, they should be lucky they have tenants..don't be fooled by their million dollar renovation, they like to brag on. Julie and Rebecca in the front office are the worse two, and unfortunately they are the ones you deal mostly with, they could give a ---- about what your talking about!
