Moving to HLT was a big decision for me & yep, It was worth it!!!!! But... there is alot of things that happens here that might make you think abit. DONT GET IT WRONG NOW I DO FEEL THAT THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE FOR YOU IF YOU ARE A GOOD UPSTANDING AMERICAN, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU HERE TO OVERTAKE THE BAD. LET ME TELL YOU ALITTLE ABOUT MY WONDERFUL AND WILD EXPERIENCE HERE AT H.L.T.
The area overall is great!!! You have major food, retail business all around you, you would have a strip of minor business right at the complex like a car shop(autodoc does an excellent job) Club Max, & food/liq store. The complex's are roomy(for first time movers, business men/women), and have alot of potential to be very pleasent.
However, there has been soooooooooo much going on with the kids. The girls and boys play in a perverse mannor like the guy shows them his oscar & they all have a good laugh until it went to far...wow, there are constant fights going on with the H.S/ M.S kids, The kids often times leave food in the halls and smoke green by the door. during the summer there is no control over the loud music and Ducks who try to attack you time to time.lol....wow again. also at times you will see a infestation crawling amongst your wall. oh parking sucks after nine. OH IN THE WALLS ARE EXTRA THIN SO YOU CAN HEAR EVVEEERRRRYYYY THING!!!!! These are just some problems......OK
But think like this, every complex will have problems some way some how. H.L.T I can say has tried everything that they can to insure you that you will be safe, JULIE and company are business women and men so let them handle there business as so. yeah they can be abit cruel at time & yes at time they seem insensitive to our daily needs and make it seem as if we were the problem. Yes she do get an attitude very quick at times. but think like this if someone came to you in a disrespectful manner how would you handle it still trying to stay professional. She is human too just in a business suit doing her job where behavior should always be DISPLAYED IN a prodessional, helpful, I want you to stay here.... well moving on... R---hes or other infestations enter in by nasty residents and they are trying to get a hold on things with them folks as well. There is only so much management can do. They have police protrolling every now in then when things get out of hand. They sent numerous of messages IN A NICE WAY trying to tell THE PARENTS TO CONTROL THERE KIDS WHO ACT & MAKE THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE A GHETTO OR SUMMER TIME CHI. But hey... Security And THE PARENTS DO what THE KIDS DO TOO.. OFTEN...WOW!! TRAINING COMES FROM HOME!! I wouldnt leave here only because H.L.T have proven to be trying. However I do believe that more needs to be done. PEOPLE OF H.L.T LETS DO BETTER, CONTROL YOUR KIDS, ACT AS ADULTS SO THAT REPORTS TO FUTURE RESIDENTS DOSENT LOOK LIKE THIS. H.L.T START TO KICK THE IGNORANT PEOPLE OUT SOON OR THIS WILL JUST BE ANOTHER PLEASENT PLACE TURN GHETTO. a MAYWOOD NEED I SAY MORE. oh, come on and live here....ITS WORTH IT!!!! BUT...WELL, I THINK YOU GET THE PICTURE....DECISIONS
