Drug infested, littered, 1,000,000 unrully kids, rude parents, people playing loud music in apartments and sitting in parking area with car speakers blasting, smelly hallways, overall depressing. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE WITH ALL THE DRUG ACTIVITIES.
