The apartments are very nice and the rent is rather cheap but all of the red tape that you have to go through in order to move in here and in order to get a parking sticker is not worth it. The office personnel is a nightmare to deal with. No one in the office is professional and they all have attitude problems. I would not encourage anyone to move here if they can afford to live somewhere else.
