I don't know what the reviewers were talking about. Maybe the people that wrote these comments were mad because they couldn't pass the credit checks or they got put out. I have been in Ginger Ridge for over 5 years and not once have I had a problem with the office staff. Rude Leasing Agent, please, the Leasing Agent is the sweetest person I know and would go out of her way to get something done for the residents. Maybe you were rude when you approached her. Sorry, whoever wrote these comments are way off base. You can not chose a better a better apartment complex in the south suburbs of Chicago. Great price, they have security, the apartments are very nice, and so is the office staff. A very secure place to live for single parents (men and women).

Everybody can't be wrong. just because you lick and kiss the leasing agents @$$ doesn't mean everyone else doesn't know what they are talking about! just because the evil agent is nice to you doesn't mean she is an angel and never treats anyone else bad or unprofessional. nobody is perfect so maybe you should think before you open your mouth! hello!
