I just moved into Ginger Ridge about 2 months ago, and I don't have any complaints. I agree with the last person's review. The lady in the leasing office was definately one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She went out of her way to make sure I was settled and if I ever had any questions or concerns she thoroughly explained everything. Being that this is my first apartment with my 3 year old son, she completely understood and helped me through the whole process. The screening committee was also very nice and helpful. My apartment is nice, and I really like the comfort of feeling secure if coming home late at night. My son can play outside and go to the park. If anything ever needs to be repaired, maintainance is on call 24 hours. It's a good value for renting in the south suburbs. Apartments in the city do not compare. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. Ginger Ridge is a great place to call home, especially for first-time renters and families.

they are talking about a leasing agent that wasn't welcoming. just because the evil agent was nice to you doesn't mean she is perfect and and angel that is never mean or unprofessional to anyone. they are talking about things that happen to them. dont play stupid like you have never had bad service before. everyone has good and bad days.
