I must say that overall the area is quite nice, but the leasing agent by the name of MRS. james was very rude she tried to get me to sign off on a lease for an apartment tht was not quite ready in addition to that she changed my apartment location twice. By the way she handled buisness unfortanetly i was unable to move in due to her rudeness and disorganization, but i was i was glad beacuse i was able to find an better apartment for cheaper the price!

i currently live in gingerridge im looking forward to moving out. the management are so rude,thy talk to people whichever way they want to, they treat people badly to the extent that whwnever they come to inspect an unit they dont knock they just open the door with the extra key they have even on of the maintainance said he opened someone,s unit without knocking and found a cuple making love

It's illegal for them to enter your apartment without your permission even if they are the landlord unless it is an emergency like a fire or someone hurt and trapped inside. that is grounds to void your lease because they are in violation of the laws that protect renters. check into it and then slap on their desk and tell them that if they enter your apartment again without your expressed consent you will call the police and charge them with breaking and entering or you will move out without penalty because they have voided the lease and contract!
