I was a tenant at Sandridge from 2004 up until summmer 2007.The apartments are older and outdated, but they were spacious and at the time quiet. The complex at first was quiet and I felt safe. My only issue was the maintenance dept., doing half jobs, whenever something went wrong. 2007 came and everything started going wrong. They started letting riff raff move in, doors were no longer secure, homes were being burgalarized, including mine. The sad part is, everyone suspected the maintenance crew of doing the break ins. I give it 2 yrs and it will be the projects. Don't waste your time or money, unless you are riff raff and like living in the projects.

I saw your post. I moved to Sandridge in Dec 2008 and will be moving right back out in June of this year. 3 days after I moved in someone used a key to enter my apartment and robbed me. It is DEFINITLY management!!
