This complex is under new management with a new owner. They have since fired all the black people and left the racist trash. They like to play games and illegally tow tenant's cars. They will change the parking stickers on you; not notify you; then they'll tow your car. And guess where they tow your car too' A tow company that is owned by the owner's brother. Good scam huh' Cook County ordiance dictates they are to notify you by mail. They don't. They hang a piece of paper in the lobby that ends up on the floor due to all the kids hanging out in the buildings. My neighbor has lived here for 10 years and said due to this new owner he'll be moving when his lease is up. Why' They towed his car cause he had a flat tire. That's right. He was at work; tire went flat during the day; he came home and they had towed it.


When I signed my lease there was a woman in the office complaining aobut somone using a key to enter her apartment and stealing from her. Management said she was crazy. I believed them. 3 days after I moved in someone used a key and robbed my apartment! And I have a police report to back this up!! Management robbed me!! And as I talk to other tenants I find that this a problem. Tenants are complaining about someone using a key and robbing them and managment calls them liars. This is what you will be dealing with when you move here.

The managment treats ------ horribly. They lie, they steal and they illegally tow your car to the owner's brother's tow shop in Markham.

They also lie about ---- to get you in. They told me (cause I specifically asked) that I could BBQ on the balcony. Now they send out a note saying no more BBQ anyway on the site. They even go so far as to say if they "see" a grill on your balcony (whether you're using it or not) they will come in your apartment and take your grill and throw it away. I've already spoken to the Calumet City police about that and they say that is illegal. So if they take your grill; have them fools arrested and press charges!!

Trust me....you do not want to live here!!

I moved in here in December of 2008 and I am moving out this June. People that can do better will be moving.
