	DO NOT rent from schilling. they are just out to make money off of innocent college kids. we cleaned our apartment from head to toe and they are charging us over 400 dollars for cleaning and painting that wasn't needed. ... more

	The positives: the management (Schilling) is generally friendly and reasonably responsive. Everything gets fixed eventually, and important things get fixed reasonably quickly.
