i was a alpha renter and they are very very rude. you might as well say good bye to all deposits you give them. also it seems family run so they are very unorganized to say the least. they do alot of illegal activity to get money from you. their leases are two sided because they give you hel if you want to move. They need to get it together THE MAINTANENCE WAS GREAT
