Live on second floor and I fell down the stairs that were covered with snow and ice. They won't do anything because they put a clause in your lease that says you are responsible for snow and ice removal. The G&R apartments across the street are excellent with snow and ice removal. They had people out yesterday right after the storm putting down ice salt and shovelling it away. Rent from G&R instead and avoid Alpha.
