overall a good place to live

The location was great-1 block from campus. Most tenants are grad students, not too loud. Utilities are included in rent, which is convenient. Maintenance person and manager are nice and quick to fix/repair things. Apts. are furnished as well. Overall a good place to live for someone willing to pay a little extra to live somewhere quiet and close to campus.
