Obviously it's the manager's first 'real business'. They talk about private issues in the main lobby so people can come and go and here all your business. Parking is ridiculous. They come in our apartment all the time...we haven't put in any requests for matenance. Whenever we want to talk to the owner, he's conviently never there. Construction sucks! There's hardly and hot water and 2 out of the 3 rooms are freezing even with the heat on 77*. Overall waaay too expensive for what you're actually getting.
