Lets be honest here, yeah they look nice yeah the setup is nice, having your own bathroom is nice, but the problems really outweigh the solutions...... First of all the manager is a prick, wasn't like that when we were signing the lease though. Trying to get a hot shower? Think twice, I called these people 5 times over the winter to raise the temp in the heaters, and all 5 times I got the run around. For 400 in rent, and the promise of a swimming pool and a basketball court and a huge workout facility, this is murder... Swimming pool was substituted for that brown pond next to the office, basketball court nowhere to be found... and workout facility? Like one or two treadmills... I hope you don't like to party when you come out here, no visitor parking, and A LOOOOOOONG walk from the strip, Better learn some taxi numbers... After about 3 months here, I already got threats from the office saying if I didn't renew my lease that our house was going up.... I received a letter ever 3 weeks after that about renewing.. I can hear everything next door, and the walls are like cardboard. walls mark up really easy... Save some money and live somewhere else, or if you want quality, The Reserve looks nice...
