Great on the inside but minimal is done by those who work there. During the ice storm they did not even bother to accommodate the renters just simply allowed us to be iced in. They never plowed when it snowed. Moving out was a hassle because he expects everything to be in tip top shape as if the apartment came in tip top shape. The owner is a complete prick and does not know how to talk with respect to his tenants.
