Aspen Court

This place really had no redeeming qualities about it. I lived in a two bedroom apartment in building C and even though the apartments look nice, they were cheaply built in a hurry and this becomes apparent after living there. The internet was out often, my toilet worked horribly and broke three different times and the kicker to all of it was when they came to fix my toilet on the third time they CHARGED me for it!! I tried disputing it, but since it wasn't a large amount, i just paid it and knew i would be out of there soon. The walls are incredibly thin, I could literally hear EVERYTHING the people below me were doing, if they had friends over I could practically listen to their conversations and hear the music they were listening to crystal clear. Also, don't plan on having any visitors while you are there because there is practically no visitor parking, and they do tow, you are very lucky if you can find a visiter parking spot on the weekend. Overall, if this place was a couple hundred dollars cheaper, maybe these things would be tolerable but given the outrageous rent, believe me you can find a better deal somewhere else !!
