This place was very nice. The kitchen was huge, there was a big pantry, new ceramic tile floors. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed. Well insulated with newer windows that don't leak. Utilities were low and it the apartment stayed very cool/warm according to seasons. There are also washer/dryer hookups. Nice location just south of campus. Arnolds market is across the street. Neighbors were nice. Everyone minded their own business. Mr. Dean is awesome, very nice and polite. He's on site every day during normal business hours if there is a problem and grounds are very well kept. All in all, this place is heaven compared to where I live now and I wish i never would have moved.
