I agree with all the previous reviews about this apartment. This is the worst apartment I have rented in the terms of having the worst manager and RA (resident assistant). If you make a complain, one RA will say something different from another RA. Some of them are international student (that so far i know they are not allowed to work).
Many of the rooms have leaking from AC and the on/off switch of AC is not in the wall but it close to the ceiling so you have to stand on a chair to turn on/off the AC. Beside the rent ($300) they also will ask you $10 for parking. They will take $50 off from your security deposit ($300) when you move out. The deposit will give back to you in a check. I received my deposit back in 5 weeks. If you are an international student make sure that you have a friend in USA that can take the deposit.

I dont agree with what any of these review says. I have lived at this place for a long time. I live there once and then moved to another state and came back and stayed again. The management are nice people who deal with alot of crap from not no nice residence. The management doesn't allow sex and drugs and drinking issue that is GOOD. The building is old but what do you except. They take care of things at a good pace and they always tell me when they go in my room. If not there is a note on my door. I think this is a safe place and a great way to meet people from different countries. The only thing i would change is to let me on broad as a RA. Yes international are allowed to work there.
