Untrained Staff

The Corporation doesn't know how to treat it's staff. They seemed minimally trained to the point where keeping up the basics meant details often fell through the cracks and over their heads.

The guidelines say candles aren't allowed but seasonal power outages require residents to have candles or a lot of alternative lighting.
During the last outage, residents were advised to leave the building until the power came back.
Socials were held the week of midterms and the week before finals, when students do the most studying.
There are less bugs than other places in town, so they have that going for them.
The website nor the staff mentioned that across the street from a level 8 security state securty center, so there are literally excons hanging around outside at all hours.
