I didn't live on E Campus, but on E Hester just behind the REC. The office staff was very nice and the maintenance crew was almost always there the next day to fix our problems. Except for my bedroom closet light had been ripped out previous to our arrival and it took about a month before they decided to fix that. Also furniture is included here, but I didn't have a bed when I got there until I called (they brought it out a few hours later). Our carpet has several cigarette burns which are painful to walk on, and the couch/carpet/tile could use a professional cleaning but all in all everything was pretty good. It seems to stay pretty cool in the summer but it's COLD in the winter! I sealed up the door but you can still feel a draft, esp by the bedroom windows. The area was kind of high traffic. Also there were noisy people above us (NEVER LIVE W/ANYONE ABOVE YOU!!) and our neighbors almost burnt the whole place down when they left a candle burning. Their EVERYTHING got replaced while ours stayed the same, paying the same amount as them. That kinda pissed me off. But it's nice and presentable, the kitchen is big and the shower is very nice and clean. A good first apartment.
