Yeah, it great, the rent is free, but when you move out, please take pictures or video tape your apt if you have to move out on a weekend, and no one can walk through you apt with you, because they will lie, and if you do not have any proof, you are pretty much going to be taken advantage of.
My apt looked worse when I moved in than when I moved out, and they lied and said my carpet was not vacuumed, which of course had been done, they said thing were dirty, but I had four different people go through my apt and look at it, before I left, and I am very certain thing were better than when I moved in. SO HAVE DOCUMENTATION VIA VIDEO OR PICTURES ON MOVE OUT, OR THEY WILL LIE. SPECIFICALLY THE MANAGER ERICKA, BIG LIAR!!!
