Well I lived there for the 2000-01 school year, and it was pretty decent the rent was $750 and in my situation was split 3 ways so I paid $250/mo. The biggest problem was sometimes there were people throwing parties and it got loud, and that school year they closed the pool down because other tenants did not know how to act. The apartments are nice, they each have their own deck space, and I lived with 2 roommates 1 guy and one girl so the bathroom arragements were not akward or anything. The grounds are pretty well kept, and we had a person sparay for insects once a month. The washer and dryer situation was a problem, but you can always go the landramat down the street. At the end of the lease period because people kept on breaking the light fixtures and etc, which gets charged to the whole complex. So we ended up getting a lot less than expected but I can?t blame them since they could not pinpoint the culprit of the vandalism.
