Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Parking: Good, there is more then enough parking for you and a guest- Positive
Noise: Like any college town you will have a problem with noise. - Negative
Grounds: Rick keeps them in pretty good shape, however if they are selling the apartments to you because they have a pool beware- it's lie and it is falling apart- Negative
Safety: Walk way lights are always burnt out, hard to see at night. Also I did here that man got jumped in the parking lot as well, scary! - Negative
Maintenance: If you want your things fixed.. don't count on it for 3 weeks. -Negative
Staff: Not helpful and not available - Negative
Overall: I will never live here again.
