The pros and the cons at saint germain apts - yes the hallways could use some attention "Most" of the time, but what it doesn't lack is freindliness, Our property manager is the best, JEN is fair, upfront and very attentive. If there is an issue she stays with it until the finish, everyone gets along, and our tenant area is kool and laid back.
