I stayed at one of his private properties, not Park Place East. Our window locks were nails through the window frame and it was not clean when we moved in. He had come into our house on at least two occasions when we were not there, even before they started showing the house to other prospects. I guess I should give him credit because he always left his card on the chair to let us know he had been there. NOT! was also expected to move out the day prior to graduation.
