The Quads had really big apartments! The building had a key pad lock to keep out the weirdos, grounds looked great- well kept. I always found the office staff to be very friendly and always helpful!! I always felt safe here!!! The only major downfall I saw to this place was that for the 5 buildings there were 3 RA's. Granted, it's not like dorms, I only saw my RA in passing and said hello- it just sucks knowing that they're there. A little bit farther from campus than some places, but not bad. Good amount of parking.
