The quads apartments are one of the worst managed and unkept places I have ever lived. The walls are made of cinder blocks with chipped paint that you can hear everything through. The floors are gross, the kitchen is falling apart and there is very little light to be found in them. The couch provided was pleather and stuck to you, the chairs were lawn chairs and the lamps were broken, and the mattresses were awful. The management is rude, uncaring, lazy and incompetent. Living in the dorms was less stressful and peaceful. We called the cops countless times due to rude and obnoxious neighbors. There is nothing good to be said about this apartment complex and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
