I love the Quads, the people are great, the staff is excellent. They are fun down to earth people, who want their rent on time. The Apt is okay for 3 bdrms but if u dont like ur roommate then u will hate to come in at night knowing that they will be there.The furniture was new when I first moved in, I was impressed when I seen the "old" furniture. the price for new apt isnt really neccessary, (go for the old furniture, its much cheaper, U wont feel like an fool in the end.) The new beds are Queaky, and the Heat blows really good. U may find yourself gettin real sweaty when doing the 'deed'. What blows is how thin those bricks are! If u live on the 1st floor, U'd think that u were living under 'big foot'!! the kitchen is small and they will try to put 3 people in ur apt, if its not full. My advice, Move in with Family or best friends that u ARLEADY know... because 9 chances out of 10 U will hate your roommate, and it would suck that every time they brushed their teeth, they'd have to wonder if their roommate is evil enough to do something that bad. One thing I didnt like was the Pop up Tow truck visits, they would come when they wanted to. And U might come outside to find ur company's car gone! Also I dont know if it was Mail man or the Office that made the mail 'late'.
