The Quads is fine, hustle' What about all of those places in town that I went to try to find an apartment and the people were rude and breathing down my neck'' I wanted to see a lease and they laughed at me. The people at the Quads were nicer than any place I went and that is one reason I lived here. It isn't cheap, but no place is, and besides you have good landlord's that are real good about explaining everything and working with you on paying your rent. You even get 6 days to pay your rent after it is due before there is any problem.
either way, the last comment made on this sight may be true as far as the price of the apartment, but the rest, BOGUS!
