The Quads have the largest bedrooms out of all of the apartments and the set up of the apartment, overall, is o.k. Most of the staff is friendly and they do a good job setting up roommates. The events they spoke of at the beginning don't exactly happen like they said but it's still an o.k. place to live. The rent is a bit steep and each month is a struggle to come up with the money but I guess you'll see that at most apartments. Overall they are working to improve the place quite a bit and do there best to fix any problems you may have
