I've heard a lot of complaints about this place, but I can only speak from my own experiences. I lived here two years, and I never had any serious problems. Whenever anything needed repairs, the office was pretty responsive. In my opinion, the furniture is just fine. The rent is also pretty cheap (although I'm from Chicago, so my perspectve might be skewed a little).

Having said that, some of the other complaints about this place are accurate. Most of the problems, however, are caused by the residents, rather than the office (such as excessive noise, people throwing their garbage in the hallway, etc.). It isn't even close to being as loud as the dorms, though.
