This place is a rip off. It preys on unsuspecting freshman and youngsters that are eager to leave the dorms. Think about it this way, if you have three people living in an apartment and you each are paying around 300-330 a month a piece. Then you end up paying 900-990 plus electric. And for 900 bucks a month in carbondale you could have your own house that is spacious or you could live in a high end apartment for the same price. Really do your homework and search for the best deal around before you decide to move in there.
