The Quads has the ideal location near SIU Campus however I would NOT recommend living here. I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment and something was always going wrong. We had 3 window unit air conditioners and only 1 of them worked efficiently. The Shower leaked, the oven didn't work properly and maintenence would say that it was working fine. They advertise that the apartments are newly renovated and also have locked hallways. This is NOT true. The doorways into our building do not even latch shut! The apartments smell old and musty and you can HEAR your neighbors conversations, music, anything that is going on! My roommate and I refer to this apartment as a Dungeon because it is extremely dark and gloomy inside no matter how much lighting you apply! Do Not Live Here!!! You will regret it!
