We have enjoyed living here. The apartment is well maintained. Whenever something breaks, it is fixed right away (amazingly -- even if Dave is out of town -- he'll call and have a repairman there the same day).

It's so quiet that we hear the frogs every night. I've never lived anyplace with such a pleasant view.

We have a toddler, so the open staircase and loft was initially a problem. However, with some plastic fencing material, we fixed it. Our plastic poultry fence might take away some ambiance, but no problem.

I would recommend Rolling Meadows, and if we return to the area, we'll move here again.
