It was horrible. 404 E. College. Nice sized 2 bedroom but horrible. Radient heating about caught my pillow on fire, Window AC ran like crazy. My water heater in the winter gave me a 3 minute shower if I was lucky. I complained and they came and said it was up to standards so oh well. Then they tried to charge me for things that were broken when I moved in even though I had pictures! I ended up not getting any of my deposit back!
